The Transitions Lifestyle System (TLS) is a 12-week nutrition education and implementation program. TLS encompasses low glycemic eating, behavior modification, body composition, and weight loss accelerators.
Conscious Hypnosis allows you to learn to automatically behave in a new way, reducing the need for will power. With these tools we can resolve long-term health issues by uncovering and resolving hidden internal conflicts that limit healthy behaviors.
