Working with Dan has been an extremely positive and rewarding experience. I came to him looking to lose some weight. What I didn’t expect was that not only did he help me lose a
significant amount of weight (20+ lb and counting), he also helped me re-evaluate a lot of
pre-existing beliefs and assumptions about myself (e.g. body image, self-acceptance,
fitness). This allowed me to develop a much healthier relationship with my own body,
shifting from a self-critical mindset to a self-accepting mindset. I now work out regularly
(including with a personal trainer), have a much more positive relationship with food, and
feel confident in having continued success in the future. I would definitely recommend!
