• Rescheduling or Cancellation: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a forfeited session.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, the session may be shortened, but the full session fee will apply.
• You will need to fill out an intake form and sign a client agreement prior to the start of treatment.
