Stress and Anxiety Reduction Techniques for These Interesting Times
I recently hosted an online workshop where participants were able to dramatically reduce their level of stress and anxiety during the program. The video of that workshop is below. When you watch it, you can follow along with the exercises to get your own results.
I started by giving some background information on ways to look at stressful situations differently and have a more peaceful response. Then I introduced two tools that I demonstrated on two of the participants. One had a major breakthrough, and the other had her anxiety level reduce from a Level 8-9 down to a 4 in just a few minutes.
