A: I offer hypnotherapy, personal, and business coaching for clients in person or via videoconferencing.
I want to make my services available to anyone who is interested in changing themselves and their lives for good (play on words intended!). Therefore, I offer one-on-one and group coaching, as well as a suite of products at various price points,.
A: I offer the following change modalities that provide clients with life-long, sustained change:
- Personal transformation coaching

- Business coaching
A: Everyone is an individual, so there is no set answer for a given presenting issue or goal. Change takes as long as it takes. That being said, many of my clients start to see change immediately. Hypnotherapy and NLP are extremely effective change modalities that can offer sustained change in just a few sessions. I’ve cured fears and phobias in just minutes, and helped clients sleep better in just one session.
That being said, often times the issue a client comes in with isn’t the only issue, and may even be indicative of other, underlying problems. Therefore, as we heal one issue, we may find that others crop up in the process. This is where self exploration begins, and why the process is so transformative. It is also why sometimes a client can engage to resolve a problem, but end up getting much more than they came in for.

A: Although many clients prefer to come in to one of my two offices in the Bay Area, either by taking a short drive or even flying from across the country, it is easy to engage with me for group or one-on-one coaching via Skype. (I also offer group coaching session via a free web platform. For more information, email [email protected].)
Through the telephone or Skype, I can effectively coach clients anywhere in the world. In those sessions, I can use your verbal feedback. For instance, I can ask you to rank, on a scale of one to ten, the deepest state of hypnosis you can imagine. Most clients surprise themselves with the depth of their hypnotic state, and change can happen at even a level two or three. Thus, we can get a lot of work done even with miles between us.
A: At this time, few insurance companies cover hypnosis or coaching. I do not bill insurance. If your insurance company provides coverage for hypnotherapy or coaching, I can provide you with the information you need for a reimbursement.
If you have a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA), contact your administrator, as you may be able to cover the cost of your sessions with these funds.
A: A great way to get started is to watch some of my YouTube videos for free, or to buy one of my products. This gives you an idea of my coaching style, and will give you some great tips on focusing your energy to create goals to change your life.
If you’re really motivated to make those changes, give me a call. First we’ll have an initial chat on the phone for about 15 or 20 minutes to make sure there is good reason for us to work together–that there is a good initial fit. I want be reasonably sure I can coach you to achieve your goals and desired outcomes. If that is the case, then we will then discuss which option works for you: group or one-on-one coaching.
Pretty straight forward.
As previously mentioned, I have a very limited number of spots available for coaching, so I carefully interview my prospective clients.
A: Your investment will depend on what you would like to achieve or resolve. And every client is unique. So it is not something that can be answered specifically here. That is why I encourage you to reach out for a phone consultation so that I can determine how I can help you, and estimate how quickly I can guide you to your desired results.
All of that said, most people find that the work is fast and painless. A number of my clients had been in years of “talk-therapy” at great expense when they came to see me, and then had their issues resolved in a handful of sessions. They have then reported back months later that their changes had persisted, and found great value in what they had received.
A: Everyone is an individual, so there is no set answer for a given presenting issue or goal. Many of my clients start to see some changes starting with the first session. Hypnotherapy and NLP are extremely effective change modalities that can offer sustained change in just a few sessions.
Other people have wanted to make deep changes in multiple areas of their life that had been a problem for them for decades. Those people needed months-long engagements.
So it really depends on what you want and what has stopped you from having it so far. I can give you an estimate during your consultation.
A: No, I do not anymore. I have found that a commitment of at least a few hours allows us commit to your getting the results you desire. That is why I typically require a package engagement, even if it is short.
If you think about it, a handful of hours is very little time–much less than one day–regardless of how it is spread out, to get you the outcome you want. A handful of hours is probably much less time that you have had your problem or desired your goal.
It also allows us to relax into the process, build one phase on the previous, and create real transformation..
A: Talk therapy often requires that the client acknowledge an issue they have with their logical, conscious mind, and find ways to live with the issue. Hypnosis and coaching can help clients overcome the issue by melding their logical mind with their subconscious.
For instance, someone who wants to lose weight may already recognize their desire to lose weight when reaching for that second portion. However, they feel guilty for their desire, and the food soothes their desire. Similarly, smokers probably realize how bad the habit is, given the constant media onslaught and doctors’ guidance. Yet, smoking can be relaxing to those who smoke. Humans are not always logical. Hypnosis and coaching acknowledge that when working on resolving these issues.
In addition, talk therapy is often prolonged. It isn’t uncommon for individuals to see a therapist for years. My goal is to provide sustained life changes for my clients as rapidly as possible. This means that many clients need many fewer sessions than those of a talk therapy client before the issue they initially came in with is resolved.
A: Yes. See our services page for more information on how hypnosis can help with chronic pain and pain management.
