For some people, if they treated their significant other they way they treated themselves, they wouldn’t have a significant other! Your relationship with yourself can be nurtured and improved, just like any other.
Come to learn about your conscious and unconscious patterns of relating to yourself. And learn how to have better patterns, like replacing negative self-talk with positive messages. What if that voice inside your head went from critic to cheerleader?
